Production of components for heating and cooling systems
With 30 inhouse trade fairs per year with stand sizes of 6 - 18m² and different trade fair locations, it is almost impossible to organise alone. That's why the Flamco Group has been using the set-up service from ExpoCloud since 2020 and relies on the VLB124 exhibition systems in combination with B62 frames. With a few simple mouse clicks, Flamco organises their trade fair appearances and thus order everything they need, from exhibition stands to catering, so that it arrives on time at the trade fair location.
In addition to the trade fair stands, the sales representatives are equipped with roll-ups and other advertising materials, which are also ordered and delivered via the myWWM portal.
Would you like to find out more about modular exhibition stand construction?
The aim was to stage a smaller trade fair stand in such a way that it would arouse curiosity for more. Right from the start, it was clear that the stand would be bright, modern and illuminated with LEDs. With large-scale graphics in Flamco red and white design and a tower attachment for the long-distance effect, this was more than successful.
In addition to the long-distance effect and the bright design, interested parties were also attracted by the open presentation of the exhibits. Since there were many small exhibits to present, the showcase counter was used, which made it possible to present the exhibits centrally.
There were two unforeseen challenges at short notice: The exhibition stand had to be built smaller than planned and the planned exhibits had to be presented differently as a result. The project team therefore quickly rescheduled the stand and immediately implemented the new stand concept as described above.
Flamco has been developing, producing and distributing high-quality components for use in heating and cooling systems since 1956. The company is part of the listed Aalberts NV. Together with Comap, a provider of thermal and sanitary solutions that increase comfort and contribute to optimised water and energy management, the Aalberts hydronic flow control division was established in 2020.
