OCI interface

This module enables you to automatically feed ExpoCloud orders into an e-sourcing tool (e.g. Ariba® from SAP®).

The OCI interface between ExpoCloud and your e-sourcing tool makes it possible to integrate the entire procurement process for exhibition stand materials, event services and accessories directly into your platform. This promotes automation, cost transparency and efficiency in the procurement and management of resources for events.

Interface

Functionality:

  1. Integration of event catalogues
    • The products and services in ExpoCloud can be integrated into the e-sourcing tool so that users of the tool can access them directly and place orders without leaving the ExpoCloud platform.
  2. Automated ordering processes
    • Ordering and invoicing is handled within the e-sourcing tool, with ExpoCloud data synchronised in real time.
  3. Real-time updates and status tracking
    • The interface ensures that no outdated or incorrect information leads to orders and that users always have access to the latest product offers.
  4. Optimised resource planning
    • The integration of ExpoCloud in the e-sourcing tool allows detailed analysis of orders and expenditure. Event organisers can better manage budgeting and resource planning for future events.
