All Resources Centrally Under Control

What is Our Event Resource Management?

Event Resource Management (ERM) includes not only the planning of booth staff, but also the organization of the entire exhibition stand, including:

  • modular exhibition systems (walls and counters),

  • digital components (e.g. LED video walls or multimedia terminals),

  • custom graphics and/or digital content,

  • catering hardware, food and beverages, and consumables (sustainable disposable tableware), as well as

  • decorative elements (e.g. plants).

In addition, printed marketing materials (flyers, brochures, catalogs) and branded giveaways must be adequately planned.

Even this high-level overview highlights the complexity that is part of everyday life for event managers. This complexity is radically reduced when your organization outsources ERM to the ExpoCloud ecosystem, enabling the digital centralization of all physical resources.

Home of High-Quality Exhibition Stands

The logistics center is located in Alsdorf near Aachen and offers 11,000 square meters of space. Here, you can store your own exhibition systems, marketing materials, and giveaways, which can be accessed at any time—either as “one-way shipments” (marketing materials, giveaways) or as event-specific, fully assembled bookings (complete “all-in” exhibition stands). In addition, Alsdorf houses rental exhibition stands from leading manufacturers (beMatrix, Octanorm, Pixlip).

Inventory is synchronized with the myWWM software, allowing you to check availability in real time for every booking. Digital reliability for the efficient booking of high-quality rental exhibition stands.

People. Proximity. Personality.

Physical resources for creating customized rental exhibition stands are one thing—people who manage, assemble, transport, and install these materials are another. It is the interaction that matters—a harmonious combination of people, materials, logistics, and software. In other words, a systemic approach in which all individual components complement each other perfectly.

Services and Modules for Maximum Relief

Thanks to ExpoCloud’s web-based software myWWM, you can conveniently, quickly, and easily book trade fair services online. All requirements along the event lifecycle are covered by specific services. The following overview shows which trade fair services are available for booking.

Service Overview

You manage everything in the cloud, independent of location and time. You organize flexibly, agilely, and efficiently. The web-based software is divided into clearly structured modules that cover various functions. In addition to standard modules, add-ons are available that can be optionally booked. The following overview provides a complete list of all modules.

Module Overview

Analysis and Optimization of Your Events

The event cycle always consists of four phases: planning, execution, analysis, and optimization. The “Analytics” module, which is integrated as a standard feature in myWWM, offers you extensive capabilities to systematically analyze your event activities. Clear and concise graphical representations provide business intelligence and reporting, enabling you to enhance your trade fair controlling with reliable real-time data.

The Analytics module is essential for being able to analyze and optimize events in the first place. It replaces vague gut feelings with precise clarity. It provides numbers, data, and facts that increase event knowledge and improve future trade fair planning. This module underlines the innovative impact of ExpoCloud, as smaller tools from conventional exhibition stand builders at best support ordering and inventory management—but do not deliver key business metrics that are accessible online 24/7/365.

Event Metrics: Crucial Insights

For each event, you can optionally add the “Event Metrics” measurement technology in myWWM. It consists of small sensors that can be discreetly placed at every stand. These sensors measure visitor flows and thus provide reliable insights into what is actually happening on and around the exhibition stand. Naturally, Event Metrics fully complies with the strict requirements of the GDPR, as no personal data is collected.

With this technology, developed in Germany, you can analyze specific visitor behavior and unlock an entirely new level of event-specific insights. A significant enhancement for every event—hardware designed to analyze and optimize all forms of live communication.
