Whether you have operating questions, technical faults or individual concerns, our experts will support you quickly and reliably. As soon as you create a support ticket, we will keep you up to date on the processing status by e-mail. This means you are always informed and can rely on your concerns being resolved efficiently.

Ticket

Ticket system:

  • All users have access to the software support ticket system
  • Each user has an individual ticket portal

How to find the ticket function:

  1. Visit the ExpoCloud portal.
  2. In the header bar, next to your name, you will find the ticket function.
  3. Write a subject and explain your problem and then submit the ticket. 
  4. You will receive a message shortly afterwards that your ticket has been received.
