The aim of the mobile exhibition stand

medneo, an innovative company from Berlin, showed itself at the Sports Medicine Symposium with exciting visualizations and presented its business model "Radiology as Service". The mobile booth is a real eye-catcher due to the illuminated elements and thus invites the professional audience of the medical congress to talk and get to know each other.

Trade fair concept

The trade show concept for the exclusive medical congress represents an effective and cost-efficient concept that can be used at a variety of different, smaller events. The booking via the myWWM software allows a fast, efficient and comfortable use for several events per year. The simplicity of the 6 m² stand allows for self-assembly. The shipping can be booked via a few clicks on myWWM. The variable folding display can be easily set up even on small stand spaces. Despite the limited exhibition stand, an optimal information transfer is possible. In addition, a professional character is created by the elements of the counter, the folding display and the brochure stands. The eye-catcher of the mobile exhibition stand is the LED backlit folding display. For optimal brand communication, the stand design is kept in the corporate design of the company.

Flexible cancellation fees for event cancellation

Together with the customer, we were able to create a beautiful and very flexible trade show booth concept for the 6 m² booth with folding display and counter in the fall of 2020. Unfortunately, due to the Corona pandemic, this could not be used. There was disappointment on both sides after intensive development of the trade fair stand concept, but the work was not to be in vain. With the help of convenient cancellation regulations for the customer and the stand concept designed for multiple use, a joint solution was found for the event cancellation. The customer was thus assured of not having to pay a cancellation fee for this cancelled event and is now eagerly awaiting the next opportunity to use the finished booth concept.
